I always carry my camera with me to take advantage of whatever events may transpire. I was on my way to work one morning when I was the first to arrive at a freeway off-ramp that had been blocked by the California Highway Patrol. The suspect was apprehended for allegedly stealing a vehicle that happened to have an anti-theft tracking device installed in it. The "perp" was later released after the owner of the vehicle stated that he had "loaned" the vehicle to his friend. With that kind of friend… who needs (you know the rest).
